I have been inspecting homes since 1997 and have inspected over 1500 homes in our area. I have a background in residential construction, licensed general contractor since 1996 to present, I have been a Certified Residential Mold Inspector (CRMI) and Certified Mold Remediator (CMR) in the past. I have built several houses and performed many residential mold inspections and have conducted numerous residential mold remediation projects. I am an extremely thorough home inspector and represent my customer with the highest integrity. I realize that a home purchase is a huge investment.
